Impact joined WFA in 2004 as a member of the Alliance. Impact moved into the hardcore division and continued onwards to Wrestlefest II to fight against Stir Crazy and Twilight for the Brooklyn Hardcore Title. Coming up short, Impact experienced a massive losing streak throughout 2005 and he blamed it completely on Oz. This led to a rematch between them at Wrestlefest III, which led to a swollen colon at the hands of Oz.

When Impact returned in 2006, he was loved by the fans and continued his orange gimmick. However, as time passed on, the fans constant nagging caused Impact to turn rogue and become one of the most hated superstars in WFA.

Danny Draiman was on the receiving end of this hatred after Impact called upon Jason Kross to pull out his secret weapon, Jessica Sweet, to screw with Danny’s emotions. After an epic battle for the Brooklyn Hardcore Championship, which Impact won from Mike Hardy at Dark Tomorrow, he lost the title, lost the girl and lost the match to Danny Draiman.
